Activists


The Autographers community creates and promotes social and cross generational discourse. It is a place for anyone who wants to share their life story with a unique historical angle. A place to develop documentary skills, using portrait photography and storytelling techniques with the most important of missions – providing the personal human angle.
 

Your contribution level is flexible and adjustable, it will be determined by the energy level and ability of each individual activist.


Contribution for "leave a Mark" association is recognized as a social activism time for students in Israeli Academies and Universities. Activities from different fields can be combined.

01: Social networks
The operation of social networks in a variety of languages.
Leading campaigns to raise awareness for stories of veteran community members and providing a unique platform for recounting historical events.
Writing ability is required.
Priority given to graphic design, editing, video, and public relations skills.

02: Curtors and Exhibition Production


Involvement in the production of community exhibitions and events. Priority given to students enrolled in Curatorial and Art Studies.

03: Community workshop facilitators


Integration into community work, accompaniment throughout the documentation process, the management of the documentary project groups, and the introduction of content into the local education system. Interns will undergo dedicated training.


Priority given to students enrolled in social work, history, arts and education studies.

04: Linguistic Editors and Documentarians


A chance for gaining experience in the editing of texts, documentary writing, and the development of interpersonal intergenerational relationships.


Priority will be given to students enrolled in Literature, Language, Linguistics ​​and communication studies.
Program designed for speakers of the following languages:
Hebrew, English, French, Russian and Arabic.

05: Languages
The translation of written and audio content, for non-native speakers. This will give voice to the testimonies of our non-Hebrew speaking community members. The activity is currently focused on Hebrew, English, French, and Russian languages.
The activity will be applied according to the needs and in accordance with the program schedule.
